Parties Involved: This agreement is between Barra Boatel Pty Ltd and the participant, referred to as “I” or “the Participant.” If the Participant is under 18 years old, a legal guardian must sign on their behalf.

- I understand these risks could result in severe injuries or damage.
- I confirm my physical fitness to participate and declare any medical conditions or impairments.
- I indemnify and release Barra Boatel from liability for any injuries sustained during activities.
- I have suitable insurance coverage or agree to bear the costs of any injury or damage.
Section 2: Barra Boatel Pty Ltd - Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
